Server Migration
Due to increased traffic causing heavy load on the server; Melvor Idle will be undergoing a server migration to accomodate for the increased traffic.

May 19th at 6PM Australian EST time.
What will be affected?
The migration will take between 24 to 48 hours to complete. During this time, Melvor Idle will still be accessible to play. However, Cloud functionality, including Cloud Saving stability, may suffer during this period. I strongly recommend you utilise local save functions until server migration is complete.
I will announce on all social platforms when server migration is complete.

This is a little nifty tool that should fix 96.69% of save issues you are facing within the game. By clicking the button below, your game will refresh and you will hopefully be able to continue as normal.
This tool does not fix corrupted / invalid, and it will not restore your lost/deleted save.
This only works for Local Saves.

Our last Fan Art contest was way back in September 2020, and a lot of things have changed since then. We’ve found an official publisher in Jagex, we released v1.0, and the Melvor community has really grown, to name a few!

A recent update to Android System Webview on Android devices has caused issues with the resolution of the game (Everything is zoomed in).
This is a bug caused by Android System Webview and is out of our control until Google releases a fix.

This update brings a bunch of much requested quality of life updates, as well as finalizing the transition to the new tick-based system for Skills.
The transition to a tick-based was done over 6 months, and involved rewriting every single Skill from the ground up. Now that it has been completed, this will allow for more efficient updates including efficient implementation of new content.
Although these latest updates have not introduced anything new for you to try, we can confirm that we have indeed been working on new content behind the scenes at the same time.
There is a massive pipeline of new content on the way, including the much anticipated Expansion 1. This expansion aims to roughly double the amount of content you see in the game, and it has been in planning for quite some time.
Now that the transition to the tick-based system is complete, we can now work efficiently towards Expansion 1 as well as everything in between.

This marks the end of the transition to tick-based for Skills, and will now allow us to develop a lot more efficiently in general for the game.
Building an Obstacle will provide +4% Item Cost Reduction for that Obstacle only. Stacks up to 10 times.
Cost reductions are capped at 95%.
